Touch-free, high-pH “stripping” wash is applied using foam canon. This will help remove any wax or other protective coating that may have been previously applied to the vehicle by the dealer before purchase. This is followed by microfiber hand-wash using a gentle pH-neutral soap to minimize paint scratches and remove any residual dirt, dust or grime.

During transportation to the dealer and while sitting on the lot, new vehicles can accumulate fine particles of iron, rail dust, tree sap, etc. It is essential to remove these particles before applying any protective coating. A chemical iron remover is applied in order to break down and soften these embedded particles, followed by “clay bar” abrasive on any remaining contaminants as needed leaving all your vehicle’s exterior surfaces smooth and ready for polishing.
